Captain's Country Cookies started with our little Border Collie's weight. He was becoming a "chunky monkey". I looked at the ingredients of his treats we were feeding him. One of the first ingredients was sugar. I thought I could come up with a recipe healthier for our little guy. As I was investigating the options, I found if I kept it simple it would be better for him. He is a large part of our family and we want to have him with us as long as possible. We are now selling them , so everyone can share the benefits of Captain's Country Cookies. Please keep refrigerated when not in use for there are no preservatives in the cookies.
